Record-Breaking Year + Coastal Retreat

Georgia has witnessed another record-breaking year for new investment and job creation across our state, with more than 436 companies expanding their footprint in Georgia and over 25,300 new jobs created for hardworking Georgians.

These expansions and investments aren’t an accident—they are the direct result of our commitment in the General Assembly to creating opportunity and fostering an economic environment where businesses of every size can invest, grow, and succeed.

The best news is that this success isn’t concentrated just in metro Atlanta. In fact, 75% of expansions and new business locations occurred outside of the 10-county metro Atlanta region, reaffirming our commitment to ensuring that every Georgian, regardless of their ZIP code, has access to a good-paying job and the opportunity to build a brighter future in the community they call home.

The House remains committed to building on this momentum by strengthening our workforce, investing in the infrastructure our communities need, and supporting policies that keep Georgia the best state in the nation to live, work, raise a family, and do business.

Georgia’s Future Coastal Retreat

Earlier this week, I joined our caucus members and supporters on the coast as we prepare for the upcoming November midterm elections. Georgia House Republicans are hard at work on the campaign trail, sharing our winning message with voters in every corner of the state.

From historic income tax relief and critical property tax reform to investments in literacy, healthcare, and public safety, Georgia Republicans are delivering real results for citizens across the state.

We look forward to taking that record directly to voters this fall, earning their trust, and continuing to fight for the conservative policies that are creating greater opportunity, strengthening our communities, and building a better future for each of our neighbors.
